Talked to Blaine over the phone and set a price. Got there to pick up and everything was all ready and clean. Even filled the water tank as I requested since we were heading to camp from there. All around great customer serivce

We were looking for a specific camper and Parkland had one on their lot. We drove out to look at it and bought it that same day. We felt no pressure, it was very relaxing during the process. When we were getting the camper ready for our first camping trip, the one slide would not come in. The technician actually drove out to our house (we live over an hour away from Parkland) and worked on the slide to get it to come back in. This was exceptional above and beyond service.

We also had some friends who had a bad experience with another dealer. They now have their camper serviced at Parkland and when the time comes will buy their next one at Parkland. They were very impressed with the service and treatment.
